Sabito (Demon Slayer) 1404

Sabito is a key supporting character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, introduced as a powerful, masked spirit who serves as a stern yet effective mentor to Tanjiro Kamado. An orphan and former apprentice of Sakonji Urokodaki, the same master who trained Tanjiro and the current Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka, Sabito was a prodigy in the Water Breathing style. Despite his immense talent and sense of justice, he tragically died during his Final Selection after single-handedly defeating nearly all the demons on Mount Fujikasane to save other trainees, including Giyu, before being killed by the Hand Demon. His spirit, along with Makomo's, remained tethered to the mountain, guiding and preparing Tanjiro to successfully cut the seemingly impenetrable boulder, which finally set his soul free after Tanjiro defeated the demon that took his life.
